The FortiSASE OPAQ Security & Network Operations team has been tracking recent critical security vulnerabilities reported for macOS Catalina, Big Sur, iOS, and WatchOS.
Apple reported that one of the vulnerabilities, discovered by security researchers at Google's Project Zero, may have been actively exploited by hackers. This specific vulnerability is found in WebKit, the browser engine that powers the Safari browser across all Apple devices.

We strongly recommend that customers keep their software and operating systems up-to-date and ensure that security updates are performed as they're made available. Updates for all platforms are currently available.
For Catalina: Apply Security Update 2021-002 Catalina
For Big Sur: Update to macOS Big Sur 11.3
For iOS / iPadOS: Update to 14.5
For WatchOS: Update to 7.4
